How to pay by UPI at checkout
Checkout runs on Razorpay and Cashfree, the same gateways behind most Indian online shops. You never leave a familiar screen: pick a plan, get an invoice, pay it from the UPI app already on your phone.
Pick a plan
Choose Basic, Professional or Unlimited below and set the billing period. Monthly if you want to pay a small amount by UPI each month; yearly or three-year if you want the lowest price.
Add a domain, or use your own
Search for a new .in or .com and it goes on the same invoice. Already own one? Pick "I already have a domain" and point it at ns1.fastnsdns.com and ns2.fastnsdns.com later.
Create your account
Name, mobile number, email and a password. The mobile number matters: it is where WhatsApp help and payment confirmations reach you. Add your GSTIN here if you want it on the invoice.
Choose Razorpay or Cashfree
The invoice opens with a payment method selector. Either gateway offers UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, so pick whichever you prefer and press Pay Now.
Pick UPI and approve
On a laptop, scan the QR code with Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any UPI app. On a phone, type your UPI ID or tap your app directly, then approve the request with your UPI PIN.
Your hosting is set up automatically
The bank confirms the payment, the invoice turns green and the account is created without anyone touching it. Your control-panel login and nameservers arrive by email within minutes.
Every way you can pay
Everything is charged in INR through Razorpay or Cashfree and every payment produces a GST invoice in the client area. What we do not take: PayPal, cash, cheques or bank drafts.
UPI
Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay, CRED, your bank's app or any other UPI app. Scan the QR or enter your UPI ID. No extra fee.
Debit and credit cards
RuPay, Visa and Mastercard cards issued by Indian banks, debit or credit, with the usual OTP from your bank. Card details go to the gateway, never to us.
Net banking
Log in to any Indian bank's net banking from the gateway page: SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Kotak, Canara, Federal Bank, cooperative banks and the rest.
Wallets
Prepaid wallets offered by the gateway you choose, such as Paytm, Mobikwik or Amazon Pay balance, for people who keep their spending money there.
Monthly, yearly or 3 years
Basic is ₹149 billed monthly, ₹1,188 for a year (₹99 a month) or ₹1,764 for three years (₹49 a month). The renewal price is the same as the price you signed up at.
GST invoice every time
Download the PDF from the client area for your accounts or your CA. GST is added where it applies and shown separately on the invoice.

Renewals by UPI
Renewing works exactly like the first payment. There is no auto-debit and no card kept on file, so nothing is ever taken from your account without you approving it in your UPI app.
Invoice by email before the due date
The renewal invoice is generated and emailed ahead of the due date, with reminders if it stays unpaid. Whitelist support@hostkarle.in so it never lands in spam.
Pay from the client area
Log in at my.hostkarle.in, open Billing, click the invoice and pay it by UPI in the same way as your first order. It takes about a minute.
You stay in control
Because there is no auto-debit, set a reminder on your phone a week before the due date. Monthly customers can also switch to yearly at renewal and save from then on.
Troubleshooting UPI payments
UPI is reliable, but banks and apps have their moments. These four cover almost every ticket we get about payments, and each one is fixable within the day.
Money deducted, invoice still unpaid
Sometimes the bank confirms to your app before it confirms to the gateway. Wait 30 minutes and refresh the invoice. Still unpaid? Open a ticket with the 12-digit UTR number from your UPI app and we will match it by hand.
QR code expired
The gateway's QR code is valid for a few minutes only. If your app says the request has expired, close the payment window, click Pay Now on the invoice again and scan the fresh code.
Bank limit reached
Many banks cap UPI at a lower amount for the first 24 hours after you create a new UPI ID, and some cap the daily total. A three-year Unlimited plan is ₹7,164, so if UPI is declined, use net banking or a card, or pay yearly instead.
GST number missing on the invoice
Add your company name and GSTIN under your account profile in the client area, then ask us by ticket to reissue the invoice. Doing it before you pay saves the extra step.

Can I pay for hosting with Google Pay, PhonePe or Paytm?
Yes. At checkout choose Razorpay or Cashfree, then pick UPI. You can scan the QR code with Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay, your bank's own app or any other UPI app, or type your UPI ID and approve the request inside the app. The invoice is marked paid the moment the bank confirms it.
Is there an extra fee for paying by UPI?
No. We add no convenience fee or surcharge for UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. The amount on the invoice, plus GST where it applies, is what leaves your account.
Can I pay monthly instead of a full year?
Yes. Every plan has a monthly option: Basic is ₹149 a month, Professional ₹249 and Unlimited ₹499. You get an invoice each month and pay it by UPI or any other method. Yearly is cheaper per month (Basic works out to ₹99) and the three-year plan cheaper still, but nothing forces you to pay for a year upfront.
Do you accept international cards or PayPal?
Checkout is built for Indian payments: UPI, RuPay, Visa and Mastercard cards, net banking from any Indian bank, and wallets, all charged in rupees. We do not accept PayPal, cash or cheques. If you are outside India, our Dubai page explains card payment in dollars.
Is it safe to pay on your site?
Payment is handled entirely by Razorpay or Cashfree, both RBI-regulated payment aggregators. A UPI payment is approved inside your own app with your UPI PIN, and a card payment goes through the gateway's page. HostKarle never sees or stores your card number, CVV or UPI PIN; we only receive a confirmation that the invoice was paid.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every payment produces a GST invoice you can download as a PDF from the client area at any time. To have your business name and GSTIN printed on it, add them to your account profile before paying.
If I ask for a refund, where does the money go?
Back to the same UPI account, card or bank account you paid from. Ask within 2 days (48 hours) of buying a new hosting plan and the hosting fee is refunded in full. After that, refunds are only given for a prolonged outage on our side, and domain registrations are never refundable. Read the full refund policy.
Can I pay for a domain name by UPI?
Yes. Domains and hosting go on the same invoice and are paid the same way. A .in domain is ₹901.94 a year, a .com is ₹1,273.73 a year, and both renew at the same price. Search for your name on our domains page and pay by UPI at checkout.
What if my payment fails?
If the app says the payment failed, nothing was deducted and you can simply try again from the same invoice, with the same UPI app or a different method. If money was deducted but the invoice still shows unpaid after 30 minutes, open a ticket with the UTR number from your UPI app and we will match it to your invoice by hand.
