Watch the renewal price, not the headline price
The cheapest number on a hosting page is rarely what you pay over three years. Many Indian hosts show a first-year price of ₹69 to ₹99 a month that quietly becomes ₹250 to ₹300 a month when the plan renews, and some only give the low rate if you pay for four years up front. Others charge extra for SSL, for backups, or for more than one mailbox. When you compare website hosting cost in India, add up three years plus every add-on you actually need.
HostKarle has one price list. ₹1,188 a year for Basic is what you pay in the first year and in the fifth. SSL, email, backup tools and the control panel are included, and the only extra is GST. If you would rather pay less per month and commit longer, the three-year plan brings Basic down to ₹49 a month (₹1,764 for three years). Basic: one site

DirectAdmin instead of cPanel
Every HostKarle plan comes with DirectAdmin rather than cPanel. Both do the same job: a web page where you manage files, databases, mailboxes, domains, SSL certificates, cron jobs and PHP versions. cPanel has raised its licence fees several times in recent years and hosts pass that on in higher renewals. DirectAdmin costs far less to license, which is a large part of why Basic can be ₹99 a month and stay there.

What is shared hosting?
Shared hosting puts many websites on one large server, which is what keeps the price at ₹99 a month. Every account is separated, so nobody can read anyone else's files, and each plan has its own limits for storage, sites and mailboxes. We do not oversell our servers and we keep casino, adult and other illegal sites off them, so the shared IP address stays off spam lists. For a blog, a business site, a portfolio or a small shop it is all the hosting you need.
How many websites can I host on one plan?
One on Basic, ten on Professional and as many as you like on Unlimited. Each extra site is added as an addon domain in DirectAdmin and gets its own folder, databases, mailboxes and SSL certificate. If you outgrow a plan, move up and the change is prorated at once.
Is business email included?
Yes. Every plan includes email on your own domain, such as info@yourbusiness.in, with webmail, IMAP and POP3 so it works in Gmail, Outlook and on your phone. Basic has 10 mailboxes, Professional 20 and Unlimited as many as you need.
Do I get a free SSL certificate?
Yes. A Let's Encrypt SSL certificate is issued automatically for every domain on the account, usually within 20 to 30 minutes of setup, and it renews itself. You never have to buy or install one, and your site shows the padlock in every browser.
What is your refund policy?
If hosting is not right for you, ask within 2 days (48 hours) of your first purchase and we refund the hosting fee in full. After that, refunds are only given for a prolonged outage on our side. Domain names are never refundable because the registry charges us the moment they are registered. Read the full refund policy.
Do you back up my website?
DirectAdmin lets you create and download a full backup of files, databases and email whenever you like, and restore it yourself. Any server-side copies we keep are a courtesy, not a guarantee, so keep your own recent backup somewhere safe.
Can I upgrade to a bigger plan later?
Any time, with no downtime. Open a ticket or click Upgrade in the client area, and you pay only the difference for the rest of your billing period. Your files, email and settings stay exactly where they are.
My domain is registered somewhere else. Can I still host here?
Yes. Keep the domain with GoDaddy, BigRock, Namecheap or wherever it is, and point its nameservers to ns1.fastnsdns.com and ns2.fastnsdns.com. The change usually takes effect within a few hours. We will do it for you if you would rather not touch the registrar panel.
Will my renewal price go up?
No. We do not use introductory pricing. Basic renews at ₹1,188 a year, Professional at ₹1,788 and Unlimited at ₹3,588, the same as the first year, on every cycle. The only extra is GST where it applies.
Can I pay by UPI?
Yes. Checkout runs through Razorpay and Cashfree, so you can pay with Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any UPI app, as well as Visa, Mastercard and RuPay cards, net banking and wallets. Everything is charged in rupees and you get a GST invoice. We do not accept cash, cheques or PayPal.
