Who you are buying from
Most of the big names you see when you search for hosting in India are global brands with an Indian price page. HostKarle is the other kind: a small company that started in Alipurduar, in the north of West Bengal, in 2016, and has sold hosting to Indian customers ever since. Can I pay the Indian way?

What are the real limits?
Count sites, mailboxes and databases, not just storage. A "1 site" plan with one mailbox is not enough for most businesses.
Is the domain priced fairly?

Can I pay by UPI and get a GST invoice?
Yes. Checkout runs through Razorpay and Cashfree, so you can pay with Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any UPI app, as well as Visa, Mastercard and RuPay cards, net banking and wallets. Can I register a .in domain with my hosting?
Yes. Register a .in, .co.in, .com or other extension in the same checkout as your hosting. A .in costs ₹899 a year and a .com ₹1,269 a year. If your domain is already registered elsewhere, point its nameservers to ns1.fastnsdns.com and ns2.fastnsdns.com and it will work with your plan. All extensions on the domains page.
Can you move my site from another Indian host?
Yes, for free. Send us the login for your old host's control panel and we copy the site, database and email across. Your old site stays up until you change the nameservers, so visitors see no gap. It works the same whether you are coming from Hostinger, YouStable, GoDaddy, BigRock or a local reseller.
