What exactly do you check for Google Pay?
Every 5 minutes our server requests Google Pay's web address pay.google.com. The GPay app in India also depends on UPI and your bank, so read the user reports too. We record whether it answered, the HTTP status and the response time, and keep 7 days of results. We do not log in, make payments or test the mobile app.
Google Pay shows as up, but it is not working for me. Why?
The public website can be fine while logins, payments, the app or your own network are failing. Try another network (mobile data instead of Wi-Fi), update the app, and press "Report a problem" on this page so others can see it is not just them.
